First published in 1992 this first reprint from 1994. 181 pages, most with two b/w images per page, with extended captions to the photos, art and maps, index. Pictorial card covers with folded flaps VG+ with few tiny chips upper edges, small/neat gift inscription top right half title, text block otherwise excellent.
