This technical guide for the Austin and Morris Minis, which were introduced in 1959 and immediatly became popular, was first published in 1962 with this second edition in 1965. Designed so that the owner can carry out maintenance, minor repairs and tuning, the book is written in an easily followed style, while covering the mechanical features of the cars and varients, such as the Cooper-Mini. Ten chapters deal with different aspects of vehicles, with three additional short sections on lubricants, fault finding and conversions. 140 pages including index, b/w photos and technical diagrams throughout, 68 figures in all, full page b/w fronts. Blue hard covers with black spine titles VG with small fade areas at spine extremities, internally VG+, no inscriptions, upside-down dealer stamp top right RFEP. Price clipped red pictorial dust jacket is G with few small tears/chips/creases, some oily finger smudges, particularly at spine area.
