3 bedroom farm cottage just ordinary but cosy and a wood burner to get warm, has the benefit of feeling like your in the country but all amenities just 2 minutes down the road. Including supermarkets,mall, banks&buses leave from Papamoa shops, Only 5-10walk. I am here with just myself and I'm in my late 40's and my cat isn't quite 1year old. we are both easy going and like some quiet times but enjoy social get togethers. The whole house is open to you except my bedroom. The room for rent is a large double size it has beside table&lamp and I can sort a bed if it's needed. Please feel free to contact me.
