Tauranga Sunny Warm house close to shops in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty for sale
I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, to share a 3 large bedroom house with two people. It has off street parking, large sunny deck, new washing machine, T.V, microwave, etc. The room has a large bed. We buy our own food and share normal expenses, ie power and water. The owner takes care of lawns and vege garden. Nice quite street. Close to Yatton Park for great walks.
